Improving legwork using coordination ladder

 
The group stands behind each other at ladder 
Per variation 2-3 rounds, no more than 5 variations 

Improving the strength of arms and legs through various throwing motions: overhead, forehand and backhand

 
Medicine ball should be 800 grams to 2 kg, depending on the level of performance 
8-12 jump-throw combinations, 3-5 series, series break 1-2 min. 

Improvement of the speed of a typical race on the tennis court

 
4 balls are at the double line, the players start behind the double line 
Load: 2 to 6 passages against each other. A run takes about 20-30 sec (depending on power level)
