Improving modern technique trends for forehand and backhand in game format

The balls should be hit into target zone at opponent. If the target zone is not hit this counts as a fault for player concerned.

The balls should be hit whilst they are moving upwards (more difficult: the player may not leave the target area).

T feeds a new ball in case of fault.

Up to 11 points every man for himself.

Play with partner for points.

Low to medium intensity, 15 mins

The players should stand in target area themselves (difficult!)

The balls should be played cross-court.

Only half-volleys are allowed.

Two against two.

It is best if the courts are marked. Marking lines can be used to mark target areas.
