Improving deciding who will play balls in centre
2 P stand at net, 2 on baseline, the baseline players should play the balls down the centre; special scoring: baseline players score 2 points for points down the centre.
The net players always start in front of the service line.
Game format team 1 against team 2.
Medium intensity with 4 players, 20 mins
Only the net players can score points. The team which scores the point always starts
the rally at net.
Same scoring method:
T feeds a lob, if the baseline players win the point, both teams change sides as
quickly as possible.
